  • Stir one tablespoon of honey to a cup of lukewarm water. Drink in the morning on empty stomach.
  • Another popular among constipation home remedy is to take two to three full teaspoons of psyllium husk along with warm milk or water before going to bed at night.

An important factor that can help you achieve relief from constipation consists of a diet that is simple and constitutes of bran, lentils, honey, fresh fruits and leafy vegetables, butter and cream.
