  • Prepare a hot cup of tea using fresh ginger. This is an effective nausea home remedy that can better your condition and alleviate nausea.
  • Stir half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of plain water. Drink this liquid preparation to relieve your nausea symptoms.
  • On feeling nauseous, try chewing a small piece of raw ginger. If you find the taste too strong, dip in honey & chew.
  • On experiencing nausea signs and symptoms, prepare a solution by mixing a tablespoon each of apple cider vinegar & honey to a glass of water. Sip this preparation slowly to feel better.
  • Cumin seeds can be used as nausea home remedy. Consume half a teaspoon of these and chase it with a glassful of water. This is a useful remedy to make you feel comfortable.
  • Another well known remedy to adopt for alleviating nausea signs & symptoms is to drink lemon juice prepared in plain water.
  • Nausea causes you to feel like vomiting. To tackle this symptom, break raw ginger piece and add it while preparing regular tea. This tea will make you feel better in a short time.
  • Drinking warm rice water during nausea may come as surprise to you. But it has been known to be effective in treating nausea symptoms.

Avoid spicy & fast foods as these will make your condition worse. Eat small amounts when you sit for meals and leave the habit of taking large meals.

Once your condition improves, include a diet rich in fiber including fruits such as banana, apple, orange & guava.
