What is Sinusitis?

  • Boil one teaspoonful fenugreek seeds in one cupful of water. Consume the preparation while still warm before going to bed. Fenugreek leaves have also been observed as a sinusitis cure.

  • A simple natural cure for sinusitis is to eat a paste of holy Basil leaves combined with honey in early hours of the morning.
  • Add a pinch of rock salt to water that is mildly warm. Gargle with this preparation two to three times a day to get relief.
